This is a generic foster application for anyone who would love to help one of the shelters in your area
foster cats or kittens.. If you want to submit one, i in turn can send it into the shelters near your area that need help
with fostering cats or kittens.. Please copy and paste the application to

1. Have you fostered cats or kittens before? If so please tell us your experience and who you fostered for
and any other info?
2. Are you allowed to have pets where you live? If you rent, we need a landlords permission for you to be
able to do this... Please supply us with your landlords information
3. Do you have any pets now? If yes, are they spayed/neutered/vaccinated? Who is your veterinarian? Can
we have your vets name/address for a reference?
4. Do you have a seperate room to keep your fosters?
5. What ages our your children in the household?
6. What can you foster? Kittens, nursing mommies with babies, adult cats, bottlefeeding babies, special
needs?
7.Are you able to help out the shelter with bringing the kitty to the vet if it is sick and needs vet appts?
8. Are you willing to open your home to people who want to adopt a kitty you are fostering? Only approved
people will be sent to you!
9. Are you able to help out with transportation -picking up the kitties at the shelter where they are? Able
to bring them back to the shelter if they have a approved adopter and they cant come to your home? Etc?
